Module 1: Foundations of Mental Health & Emotional Wellbeing

● Understanding mental health from a psychological and Islamic perspective
● Common misconceptions and stigma
● Emotional awareness and self-reflection

Module 2: Stress, Anxiety, and Emotional Regulation

● Understanding stress and anxiety responses
● Identifying triggers and early warning signs
● Practical coping strategies (grounding, breathing, cognitive techniques)

Module 3: Thoughts, Beliefs, and Inner Dialogue

● How thoughts influence emotions and behaviour
● Recognising unhelpful thinking patterns
● Reframing thoughts in a psychologically healthy way

Module 4: Relationships, Boundaries, and Emotional Health

● Healthy vs unhealthy relationship dynamics
● Communication skills and emotional boundaries
● Managing conflict, guilt, and people-pleasing

Module 5: Building Resilience and Sustainable Wellbeing

● Developing resilience and emotional strength
● Daily habits for mental and spiritual wellbeing
● Preventing burnout and emotional overwhelm
