You’ll discover how to prioritize Salah, the benefits of Dhikr, and the value of effective time management for a balanced life.

Session 3: True Submission: The difference between a test and a punishment

Following Session 1, we revisit positivity with a deeper look into the reasons behind things. This session will inspire you to look at problems through a neutral lens.

In light of Islam, the bad things happening to you could be a test from the Almighty or a punishment for something you have done. Knowing this, you will be able to comfort yourself and be in control.
